Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your new product, you may return your purchase for a refund (does not include shipping charges) or for a replacement within ten (10) days.  Please follow these instructions to proceed with a return:

  1. You must notify Mbanfusion, LLC of your intention to return any purchase, whether it is for replacement or refund, in order to receive an authorization code within ten (10) days of your receipt of the original product, or your return will not be accepted.  Email info@bioizer.com to receive your authorization code. Your original order number and authorization code must be written on the outside of the return shipping carton.  Your original order number can be obtained by contacting Customer Service at the email above.

  2. Shipping is paid by the customer on all returns.  It is advised that you ship back the product using a service that provides a tracking number.  You may forward this number to Customer Service.

  3. Please allow 10 business days from our receipt of the returned product for the credit to be issued to your original method of payment.

  4. Due to our relationship with our manufacturers, if part of a product becomes defective, you must return all parts of the shipment to receive credit or a replacement.

  5. For replacements, once the Returns Department has received your defective product, Mbanfusion, LLC will immediately ship your replacement (dependent on stock availability) to the same shipping address as the original order.

  6. Please return your item (defective or otherwise) in the same manufacturer packaging it came in. Include all packing material and manuals.

  7. Please include the packing slip from your original order. If you do not have the original packing slip, include your order number on a slip of paper within the shipment.

  8. Please do not write on the manufacturer's box.
